We endeavour to fulfill UK orders within 4-5 working days. For overseas orders we advise 10-15 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should the product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If the product is returned due to a packing error, administration error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days. If an item has been shipped and has not arrived after 10 working days (UK mainland), or 15 working days (Europe & Overseas) from the date of dispatch, please contact our customer services team who will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.
All orders are scanned and bar coded so that they can be tracked during the delivery process. All lost or missing orders are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. If an item is not traced a replacement will be dispatched which will require a signature on delivery. If a replacement is unavailable an alternative product or refund will be offered.
